Sunrise Bay Community consists of 88 multi-acre lots strategically located on beautiful Lake Anna in the southwest corner of Spotsylvania County. Since it is nestled between Orange and Louisa Counties, it has a mailing address of Mineral (Louisa County), which only adds to the confusion as to its location. No worry, you have 2 options. The best option is by boat on beautiful Lake Anna. From Lake Anna Park, just set your compass to 230 degrees (North by Northwest) and you will be there soon. Once there, feel free to retreive your boat at Hunter's Landing (Lake View Restaurant) and turn left out of the parking lot onto Belmont Road. A half mile later you will be at Sunrise Bay. The other option is to click–on the "Directions" link above and drive on over.
